A Major Income Earner Died: Big Losses For The Family

The major income earner in the family is one who brings in a monthly salary that can substantially support a family. This individual is a major foundation of the family. If he or she suddenly dies, the family will be in great despair. The support from the deceased monthly income will be cut off and the family will suffer big losses. In progressive or developed countries the state has instituted support mechanism that can help the family as it makes the effort to stand up on its own again. Family’s suffering from the loss of a loved one is guaranteed help coming from the government. Some of these entitlements include funeral grants, low income support, child support and tax cuts. It is comforting to know that the State takes care of its people through these entitlements and benefits. At least taxes paid by the deceased will ultimately be returned to his own family by way of these support mechanisms. Any major income earner will be glad to know this and will work harder to pay his monthly contribution to the State by way of taxes.
